INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Louie’s Bakery ships Tuesday-Wednesday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cookies arrive ready to enjoy.
- Cookies can be stored in the tin at room temperature for up to 8 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Store the soft cookies (like chocolate chip or snickerdoodle) with a slice of bread to keep them moist.
- For longer storage, transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container with parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
To Serve
- From Frozen: remove cookies from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- For a warm, fresh-baked taste, microwave for 10-15 seconds, or warm in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Tip: eat your cookies right out of the tin and add a glass of milk!
