Rachael’s Cafe simmers both from scratch in Lafayette, Louisiana, the family-run kitchen behind the heat-and-serve line, and packs them to finish on your own stovetop. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Rachael’s Seafood ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Soup ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Place soup / gumbo in a pot with a lid.
• Simmer until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
• Serve & enjoy!
