• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Milk & cookies ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days after opening for the best taste and quality.
• Keep refrigerated at or below 40°F (4℃).
• Shake well before serving. Natural separation may occur.
• Do not leave unrefrigerated. If the milk feels warm upon arrival, shows unusual odor, texture, or fizzing, do not consume.
• Cookies can be enjoyed fresh immediately or store in their tin for 1-2 days at room temperature; freeze up to 3 months if wrapped individually or layered with parchment.
