Made fresh daily in small batches, they snap when you bite them. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Sausage ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
• If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.

To Serve

Sausage

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Place the sausage in a foil pan or oven-safe dish and set it in the oven.
• Cook for 10 minutes and flip them.
• Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
• These steps will ensure the sausage is safely and evenly reheated.
• Rest for 3-5 minutes.
• Serve & enjoy!
