The Banquet Box

Jasper Hill Farm’s Banquet Box: a full spread of all-time favorites from the Greensboro, Vermont creamery – multiple cheese styles, accompaniments, and everything needed to provision a houseful of guests. Brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler have been making these cheeses from their Ayrshire herd since 2003; the Banquet Box is the most generous way to share all of it.

This package serves 75-100 people and includes

• 1 Withersbrook Blue Cheese Cube (4 lbs.) – A raw milk cheese made from our own herd. Rich and creamy with fruity, apple flavors and notes of winter spice. After cave-ripening, the cheese is immersed in Eden Heirloom Ice Cider for extended aging. 2025 ACS Best in Show 1st runner-up.
• 1 Whitney Cheese Wedge (4.5 lbs.) – A raw milk raclette-style cheese made from our own herd. An ideal melter with buttery, smooth flavors and a peachy washed rind that lends a gentle, aromatic funk. 2022 ACS Best in Show Winner.
• 1 Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Wedge (4 lbs.) – A new American classic—this traditional style cheddar is savory and bright with a sturdy, crystalline texture and a caramelized finish. Made by our neighbors at Cabot Cooperative Creamery and cave-aged to perfection in our Cellars. 2006 ACS Best in Show Winner.
• 3 Moses Sleeper Cheese Wheels (each 16 oz.) – This soft bloomy rind, or brie-style cheese is buttery and approachable. The downy-white edible rind is mild and faintly earthy while the creamy interior tastes of garlic butter when fully ripe.
• Though our nutrition facts list a serving as 1oz, a good rule of thumb is to plan on about &#189 to &#8532 oz of each cheese per person.

• Jasper Hill Farm cheeses occasionally go out of stock, and may substitute one or more of the cheeses in this collection. In case of substitution, products of a similar style, with an equal or greater value will be included.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Jasper Hill Farm ships Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
• Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
