The Original Shore Dinner features all of Wellfleet Shellfish Co’s bests. Day boat scallops are harvested by small dredge and shucked on deck by hand, sweet and briny clams and oysters are harvested daily inside Wellfleet Harbor, fresh lobsters are caught in Cape Cod waters and shipped live daily. It’s the bounty of the Cape, shipped from the dock to your door.
The word “Wellfleet” is synonymous with high-quality Cape Cod seafood, especially the creamy, briny Wellfleet oysters from Wellfleet Harbor farms, day boat scallops, sweet and briny clams, and cold water lobsters that have been harvested from Wellfleet Harbor for centuries. Wellfleet Shellfish Co. was founded in 2001 by a dozen Wellfleet shellfishermen, including Jim Connell, Bob Wallace, and Barbara Austin. At Wellfleet Shellfish Co., their unique location on the Outer Cape provides access to a wide variety of local seafood from their dock to your door.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Wellfleet Shellfish Co. ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
- Wellfleet does not ship to Hawaii, Sorry guys!
- Seafood ships fresh with ice packs
- Upon arrival, remove the packaging and place immediately in the fridge
- Do Not Freeze
- Live lobsters should be consumed within one day of receipt and cooked when live.
- Oysters, Quahogs, and Sea Scallops can be stored up to 1 week.
- Boil Lobsters 7 minutes per pound
