A surf-free turf-and-bird feast named for the SoHo street where Blue Ribbon began: the top-selling fried chicken dinner (a whole 8-piece bird with mashed potatoes, collard greens, gravy, and wildflower honey) plus a hefty 16 oz Cedar River Farms Prime NY strip with “A Perfect Roast” seasoning, for four to six. The chicken alone earned Food & Wine’s “Best in the Country.” Brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg opened SoHo’s Blue Ribbon in 1992, building it into a celeb-favorite brasserie. Perfect for a celebration dinner with serious appetites.
