Since 1996, Anny’s of North Miami Beach has hand-baked the brioche buns that turn a backyard cookout into a backyard legend – soft, pillowy, and golden enough to stand up to the juiciest patties and smokiest dogs. The crumb is tender enough to melt at the first bite, sturdy enough to hold every topping you pile on, and built entirely without dairy or nuts – so the fillings do the talking. Mix and match Burger, Hot Dog, and Slider packs into the BBQ spread you imagined, the brioche bun defined the way it’s supposed to taste.

This package includes your choice of 9 packages of bread

• 8 Brioche Hot Dog Buns per pack (each bun measures approx. 6″ split-top)
• 8 Brioche Burger Buns per pack (each bun measures approx. 4″)
• 12 Brioche Sliders per pack (each slide measures approx. 2.5″)

Bread Options Include

• Brioche Hot Dog Buns – Soft, fluffy, and sweet delicious bun-shaped specifically to contain a hot dog or another type of sausage.
• Brioche Burger Buns – More than just a bread formed into a rounded bun split and used for a hamburger sandwich, our soft and moist Brioche Burger Buns highlight the delicious taste of burgers and sandwiches with a little sweetness.
• Brioche Sliders – A round, risen bread designed specifically to hold a smaller hamburger patty and the accompanying toppings.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Anny’s Bread Factory ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Bread arrives ready to enjoy.
• Upon arrival, store bread in the original sealed bags at room temperature for up to 7 days. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Bread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 months or in the freezer for up to 1 year.

To Serve

• Warmed
  • Wrap in foil and heat in the oven at 325°F (160℃) for 5-8 minutes.
• Grilled
  • Place cut-side down on a hot grill or skillet for 30-60 seconds until lightly golden.
