Description
From The Dessert Gallery in Houston, where Sara Brook has been handcrafting scratch-made cakes since 1995, comes the Toffee-licious Cake – a layered toast to coffee and toffee. Buttery yellow layers are splashed with espresso, then filled and iced with creamy coffee-liqueur frosting and studded with Heath toffee bits, each 6″ cake measuring approximately 6″ × 4.5″ and serving 6 to 8. It’s the kind of confection that wins over even those who don’t count themselves coffee lovers, from one of Houston’s most beloved sweet shops.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Dessert Gallery ships Monday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Cake may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve at room temperature.
