Description
These wild-caught Gulf Prawns are caught seasonally in the waters along the Gulf Coast and packaged in Lousiana by a multi-generational shrimp company. Louisiana Gulf Prawns are consistently praised for their sweet flavor and firm texture and are considered one of the best eating shrimp anywhere in the world.
With a mildly sweet flavor, Gulf Shrimp are incredibly versatile – we love to grill them with garlic-herb butter, slather them in harissa and sauté, or add to a classic shrimp + grits dish!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Hog Island Oyster Co. ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Prawns ship cold with ice packs and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
- Best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery.
