“The Long Islander” Bagel Brunch for 6

Named for the region that raised it, the Long Islander brings a New York brunch for six: half a dozen assorted Bagel Boss bagels, a quarter-pound of hand-sliced Nova lox, a half-pound each of plain and veggie cream cheese, plus mini black and white cookies and rainbow cookies. The bagels are hand-rolled, boiled, and brick-oven baked at the Hicksville shop fourth-generation baker Mel Rosner opened in 1975. It’s Long Island’s bagel tradition boxed for the table. Perfect for a weekend family breakfast, a brunch with friends, or a taste of the Island sent out of state.
