This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Chicken & Hatch Chili Tamales
- Each tamale measures 1″x 6″ and weighs approx. 2.8 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- El Bolilo Bakery ships Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Tamales ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, If consumed right away store in refrigerator if not store in freezer
- Tamales last in the freezer for up to 6 months
- Tamales last in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks unopened
- Once thawed and warmed, may be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.

- Thaw in the refrigerator (unopened) overnight.
- Boil a pot of water large enough to fully submerge the number of bags being prepped.
- Place the still unopened bag(s) in the boiling water and heat all the way through
- Serve and enjoy!
