Description
Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop’s Chewy Chocolate Chip Pie: brown sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla baked into the buttery shortbread crust that founders Scott and Meredith Layton developed from their grandmothers’ Southern baking traditions when they opened the Knoxville, Tennessee shop in 2012. The cookie that became a pie; the pie that makes more sense than the cookie.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Buttermilk Sky Pie ships Monday thru Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pies arrive ready to enjoy!
- If planning to enjoy at a later date, pies can be stored frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
- Once thawed, cover and store the pie in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3 to 4 days. Do not refreeze once fully thawed.
To Serve
Pies are fully baked and ready to enjoy at room temperature. Warming is optional.
Whole Pie
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove all packaging and place pie on a baking sheet.
- Warm for 10 to 15 minutes, until just heated through. Do not overheat.
- Remove, serve and enjoy!
By the Slice
- Place slice on an oven-safe plate.
- Warm in a 300°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes, or microwave in 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
- Remove, serve and enjoy!
Optional Serving Tip
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra-indulgent experience.
