Description
Millions of sausage rolls are sold in the UK every year – flaky puff pastry wrapped around seasoned ground beef – and Ackroyd’s in Redford, Michigan has been making one of the few authentic American versions since Al and Silas Ackroyd opened their Detroit Scottish butcher shop in 1949. The beef sausage roll: the house-ground meat, the house-made puff pastry, four per pack from one of America’s only traditional Scottish bakeries.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Rolls
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).
To Serve
From Refrigerator
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
- Remove, serve & enjoy!
From Frozen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover items in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
