INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Pike Place Fish Market ships Nationwide Monday through Friday of each week via UPS (additional $10 charge for Saturday delivery)
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, sorry no exceptions.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii with perishable items may take up to 2 days and will incur additional charges for shipping.

- Store in bowl covered with wet newspaper or towel touching the mussels in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
- Mussels may arrive open. To determine if they are still alive, hold one in your closed hand for a few seconds. A live mussel will react to the heat of your hand and close. Discard any that do not respond to this test
- They do not require purging.
