A New York brunch for six, built on Bagel Boss’s hand-rolled, brick-oven bagels: half a dozen assorted, a quarter-pound of hand-sliced Nova lox, a half-pound each of plain cream cheese and fresh-made tuna salad, mini black and white cookies, and a bottle of everything bagel topping to dust over the rest. The bagels are boiled and baked the old-world way at the Hicksville, Long Island shop Mel Rosner opened in 1975. Perfect for a weekend brunch, a family breakfast, or a spread that lets everyone build their own bagel.

• Bagel Boss ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items arrive ready to enjoy!
• Bagels may be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Nova Lox, Tuna and Cream Cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
• Rugelach, Cookies and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Everything Bagel Topper may be stored in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
