Description
Pie Oh My NJ brings wood-fired tradition home from New Jersey with handcrafted frozen pizza dough made from non-GMO, non-bleached, non-bromated flour, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh yeast. Each individually wrapped dough ball stretches easily and bakes up with a crisp exterior and satisfying chewy bite – ideal for pizzas, calzones, or garlic knots. Simple, clean, seed-oil-free ingredients define every batch, delivering authentic pizzeria-quality results that put homemade pizza night on the map.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Pie Oh My ships Monday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Dough ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store dough in the refrigerator for up to 45 days or in the freezer for up to 8 months.
- Do not leave dough at room temperature for extended periods.
- Do not refreeze after fully thawed.
To Serve
- Bring dough to room temperature.
- Let refrigerated dough sit out covered for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475-500°F. Optional – preheat pizza stone or steel.
- Lightly flour your surface and gently stretch the dough by hand.
- For thin crust, stretch to 14-16″.
- For thicker crust, stretch to 10-12″.
- Tip – use a rolling pin if needed.
- Place dough on an oiled pan or parchment paper.
- Add approx. 6 oz sauce, cheese, and toppings (important – don’t overload the toppings).
- Bake 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Optional: Broil 1-2 minutes for extra color.
- Cool 2-3 minutes before slicing.
- Finish with basil, hot honey, crispy oil, or balsamic glaze.
