This blueberry cheesecake ice cream is a flavor New Yorkers travel long and far to enjoy. Sugar Hill Creamery has turned their super rich and very popular blueberry cheesecake ice cream into a 6″ ice cream-based blueberry cheesecake! That’s right…think about a super decadent cheesecake and now picture taking a bite of that cheesecake as ice cream. They make a chewy and perfectly sweetened graham cracker crust, layer the smooth cheesecake ice cream on top, and then top it with a fresh blueberry gelée. Each slice is frozen because it’s ice cream!
After 15 years of living in Harlem, the husband-and-wife duo of Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen decided to give back to the community by opening an ice cream shop with flavors inspired by Petrushka’s Caribbean and African American culture and Nick’s Midwestern upbringing. Since opening in 2017, Sugar Hill has quickly become beloved by the locals for its wide variety of creative flavors made fresh daily using only high-quality, all-natural ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sugar Hill Creamy ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Ice cream Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store ice cream cakes in the freezer.
- Cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Allow Ice Cream Cheesecake to temper for 15-20 minutes on the counter prior to serving.
