INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Pizzeria Delfina ships Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Package ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

To Serve

• Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. We recommend a six-quart pot or larger if you are cooking the entire 1 pound bag of frozen gnocchi
• When water comes to a rolling boil, drop-in the frozen gnocchi all at once and stir gently with a wooden spoon. * Cook for 5 minutes total or until one full minute after all gnocchi have begun to float.
• Drain and then combine with pomodoro sauce.
• Serve and enjoy!

Sauce

• In a sauce pan, bring sauce to a boil.
• Toss with gnocchi.
• Serve and enjoy!
