Gooey butter cake is the signature dessert of St. Louis, and Gooey Louie just might be making the best gooey butter cakes of all, in a wide variety of flavors. Founded in 2006, Gooey Louie began with a cherished family recipe handed down from owner Debbie Stieferman’s grandmother. They began selling their homestyle cakes at a local food festival, where they quickly gained enough popularity to expand to a storefront in the heart of St. Louis.

• Gooey Butter Cakes ship Tuesday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Upon arrival, consume cookies within 3 days or store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
