INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 2nd Ave Deli ships Tuesday & Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Latkes and apple sauce ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Store items in the refrigerator for 2 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• Defrost latkes in the refrigerator. Apple sauce can be placed on the counter to fully thaw.
• Preheat the oven to 400 ℉.
• Place latkes on a foil-lined baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes.
• Turn latkes over and heat for 5 more minutes.
• Stir apple sauce thoroughly before serving.
• Serve and enjoy!
