Description
Four 6-7 oz Maine lobster tails, nitrogen flash-frozen at Luke’s Lobster’s own Saco, Maine processing facility. Luke Holden built Luke’s in 2009 on the principle that traceable seafood – sourced directly from Cape Elizabeth and midcoast Maine fishermen he’s known since childhood – should be available to anyone, not just those close to the dock. Ready for the stovetop, oven, or grill.

- Each lobster tail weighs approx. 6-7 oz.
- Lobster tails arrive uncooked and frozen
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Luke’s Lobster ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Lobster tails ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store lobster tails in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Lobster tails last up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 18 months from the pack date that is indicated on the label.
To Serve
- Thaw lobster tails in refrigerator overnight.
- Place lobster tails in a pan over medium-high heat and cook until meat is no longer translucent and the shell is bright red color, approx. 3 minutes per side.
- Serve and enjoy!
