Christian has teamed up with master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt to create this party-ready treat: freshly baked shortbread cookies combined with silky milk chocolate ganache, enhanced with a hint of espresso, and packed with a generous mix of fun, delicious ingredients including chewy caramel pieces, potato chips, Oreos, dehydrated marshmallows, and pretzels. The mixture is rolled into a salami-shaped log and dusted with powdered sugar. It’s designed to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer and sliced as needed-perfect for entertaining guests or pairing with after-dinner coffee.

Born and raised in the Bronx, Chef Christian Petroni has made a name for himself as one of New York City’s most prominent Italian-American chefs. Christian first rose to fame as the founder of the groundbreaking wood-fired Italian restaurant Fortina, which had five Tri-State Area locations. During his time at Fortina, he found stardom on the Food Network, where he’s appeared on shows including Guy’s Grocery Games, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Beat Bobby Flay, and Supermarket Stakeout. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Christian Petroni ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Salami ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the freezer until ready to serve.
• Salami may be stored in the freezer for up to 10-12 months.

To Serve

• Partially thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
• Cut with a warmed large knife.
• Serve and enjoy!
