New Haven gave America its definitive thin-crust apizza, and Carmine’s Pizzas of Durham, Connecticut carries that tradition home with this pepperoni four-pack. Each pie layers mozzarella and savory pepperoni over a hand-pressed, made-from-scratch thin crust that’s never precooked – so it puffs and chars to your liking. The recipe traces to the founder’s days in his uncle’s West Haven pizzeria, and the New Haven Pizza School has given it a nod. The crust gets finished entirely by you, exactly how the style is meant to be.

Never prebaked, each pizza is prepared fresh and then baked 100 percent by you.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Carmine’s Frozen Pizzas ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pizzas ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Pizzas may arrive slightly defrosted, which is normal. Simply place in the freezer immediately.
• Pizzas can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Put empty baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 500°F.
• Remove pizza from freezer and allow it to sit on the counter for a few minutes while oven preheats.
• After a few minutes, open the pizza packaging and remove cardboard disk from bottom of the pizza.
• Then carefully remove the empty baking sheet from the oven. Note: sheet will be hot.
• Place the frozen pizza on the pre-heated hot baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven and desired wellness.
• Remove the pizza and let cool for one minute before serving.
