We can guarantee you’ve never seen a bagel like this! On New Year’s Eve 2020, Jeremy Rhodes and Ali Chetkof had an idea: what if they could put the pizza INSIDE the bagel? Months of delicious experimentation followed, and word of this ingenious new creation quickly spread around charming Woodstock, New York. What started as a passion project has morphed into one of Woodstock’s most popular bagel shops, and now it’s shipping nationwide!

• Each bagel weighs approx. 8-10 oz.
• Bagels do not come topped with seeds.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Moonrise Bagels ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys

• Bagels ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, place bagels in the freezer or in the refrigerator overnight.
• Bagels may be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days or in the freezer for 2 months.

To Serve

From Thawed

• Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 350° F.
• Place stuffed bagels on sheet pan.
• Place in hot oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until exterior is a deep brown and interior is hot.
• Let cool for 5-10 minutes
• Enjoy!

From Frozen

• Preheat oven to 300° F.
• Wrap in foil and place stuffed bagels on sheet pan.
• Place in oven for 30 minutes.
• Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes at 375 F.
• Let cool for 5-10 minutes
• Enjoy!
