Description
A showpiece iced in ombre buttercream rosettes that shade from deep pink up to pale, over a strawberry bottom layer and two white cake layers above. The white buttercream gets tinted by hand for the gradient. Edgar’s Bakery has decorated cakes like this in Birmingham since Terry and Dottie Smith opened in 1998 – now an Alabama institution with nearly a dozen locations, and a centerpiece built for a celebration that wants a little drama.

- Edgar’s Bakery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store cake in the freezer for up to 45 days or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- Thaw cake in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Bring cake to room temperature 1 hour prior to serving.
