Bruno Saade’s great-grandfather founded a candy business in Brazil in 1929 – a German immigrant’s legacy that shaped four generations of confectioners. After studying French Chocolate and Confectionary Arts at École Ducasse and settling in Austin, Texas, Bruno launched Anjar Chocolatier to honor that heritage. • Chocolate arrives ready to enjoy and ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F.

• Chocolate can be stored up to 2 months at room temperature or in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer.
