These potato latkes, handmade at Mark’s Off Madison, are as close as they come to the ones Mark’s Grandma Estelle made every Hanukkah for her family latke party. Save yourself all the work of making latkes and enjoy these delicious, traditional potato pancakes made at Mark’s Off Madison.

Mark Strausman has been one of New York’s most beloved chefs for more than 30 years. A native New Yorker, he rose to fame at NYC’s Campagna and was elevated to superstar status at Upper East Side phenom Fred’s at Barney’s, which he opened in 1996 and oversaw until its 2020 closure. Mark’s Off Madison, which he opened the following year, is the culmination of his career. At Mark’s, Strausman is bringing together all of the food that put him on the map, with the classical European and rustic Italian dishes of his training as well as the traditional Jewish foods of his upbringing in New York City all combining into a quintessential New York experience.

Small Bundle (Serves 6 people)

• 12 Potato Latkes (each 3 oz.)
• Apple Sauce (8 oz.)

Large Bundle (Serves 10-12 people)

• 24 Potato Latkes (each 3 oz.)
• Apple Sauce (16 oz.)

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Mark’s Off Madison ships Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Meal Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Store latkes in the freezer for up to 30 days.
• Store apple sauce in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

To Serve

• Let latkes thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours before consumption.
• Preheat oven to 375° F.
• Bake for 15 minutes.
• Enjoy!
