In the New Haven pizza tradition, Carmine’s Frozen Pizzas of Durham, Connecticut bakes its white Spinach & Ricotta pie on a hand-crafted thin crust that puffs and chars the way the city’s pizzerias intended. Snow-white mozzarella meets Liuzzi’s ricotta, lightly seasoned spinach, and a hint of garlic, layered over that signature crisp-to-chewy crust. Never pre-baked, each pizza arrives raw so you control the finish – from lightly golden to traditionally charred New Haven-style – making this the rare frozen pie that bakes like the real thing.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Carmine’s Frozen Pizzas ships Thursday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pizzas ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Pizzas may arrive slightly defrosted, which is normal. Simply place in the freezer immediately.
• Pizzas can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

• Put empty baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 500°F.
• Remove pizza from freezer and allow it to sit on the counter for a few minutes while oven preheats.
• After a few minutes, open the pizza packaging and remove cardboard disk from bottom of the pizza.
• Then carefully remove the empty baking sheet from the oven. Note: sheet will be hot.
• Place the frozen pizza on the pre-heated hot baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven and desired wellness.
• Remove the pizza and let cool for one minute before serving.
