• Caroline’s Cakes ship Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• This package ships frozen with dry ice; dry ice may thaw in transit.
• Do not touch dry ice with bare hands.
• Place pimento cheese in the refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying.
• The cheese biscuits can be eaten right out of the tin, no prep needed. They can be stored in the pantry or in the freezer.
• All pulled pork meats are fully cooked, vacuum-sealed and flash frozen to preserve peak flavor and moisture. Upon arrival, thaw pork in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If not enjoying right away, it can be held in the freezer for up to 6 months. To cook, place the pork in a 275°F oven for about 45 minutes or until warmed.
• Place vinegar sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw. Serve with pulled pork.
• Place slider buns in the refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw. Allow to sit at room temperature, or warm in oven, before serving.
• Cake can be transferred to the refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw and then sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving. If not enjoying right away, cake can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months.
