The package pairs a pound of smoked barbacoa with a 32 oz container of traditional menudo, a dozen corn tortillas, and a 4 oz container of salsa – a feast that runs equal parts comfort food and Texas tradition. It’s the kind of spread meant to put a rough night back together over a shared table.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Burnt Bean Co. ships Monday through Wednesday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Barbecue ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Once fully thawed consume within 1 week

To Serve

Barbacoa

• Place thawed barbacoa in the package in the microwave.
• Heat for 2 minutes.
• Stir and make sure it is heated through.

Menundo

• Place thawed menudo in a pot on the stove and bring to a simmer.
• Serve alongside the barbacoa with tortillas and salsa.
