INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Neeps & Tatties

• Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Haggis

• Haggis ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
• Haggis can be stored in the freezer for 3-6 months, or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
• Once opened, consume within 24-48 hours.

Shortbread

• Shortbreads ship fresh with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
• Shortbread may be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 14 days.
• Shortbread should not be frozen or refrigerated.

HP Sauce Glass Bottle

• Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
• Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
• Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).

To Serve
Haggis – From Frozen

• Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat the oven to 325°F.
• Wrap haggis in foil and place in a baking dish.
• Heat for 60 minutes, per pound of haggis or 30-45 minutes, per tray.
• The internal temperature should be at least 165°F before removing from oven.
• Serve & enjoy!

Neeps & Tatties

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Remove cover and heat for approximately 30 minutes or until heated to your liking.
