Red Truck Bakery’s Trouble Maker Pie is named after the legendary racehorse bred and trained by Marion DuPont Scott, known as America’s First Lady of Horse Racing. A trailblazing horsewoman of the early 20th century, Ms. Scott shattered records and defied expectations as the best kind of troublemaker.

This indulgent pie is packed with flavor: roasted Belmont Salted Peanuts, velvety caramel custard, rich chocolate ganache, and a local hickory syrup. A final sprinkle of J.Q. Dickinson salt crowns this won-of-a-kind dessert, delicious enough to stir up the troublemaker in all of us.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Red Truck Bakery ships Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of each week. Please add in an extra day for arrival due to unforeseen delays. We strongly encourage ordering early, choosing an early shipping date, and allowing a little extra time for arrival. If you need your cakes on a Friday or the weekend, for example, select a Wednesday arrival. Due to expected and unprecedented levels of UPS and FedEx shipping demand through the holidays, as well as unpredictable weather, we cannot be responsible for packages not arriving on a scheduled date. We appreciate your understanding.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Red Truck Bakery items are prepared and shipped with care, ensuring they arrive ready to enjoy!
• Upon arrival, store at room temperature for up to 7 days or tightly wrapped in the freezer for up to 3 months.
• Refrigeration is not recommended as it will dry out the pie.
