INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Secret Creamery ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pints ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• If the pints arrive partially frozen or semi soft to the touch, place them in the freezer and let them re-firm fully before eating – ideally overnight.
• Upon arrival, immediately store in the back of the freezer and keep frozen at 0°F (-18℃) or below for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• Temper before scooping. Take one pint out and let it rest on the counter for 3-5 minutes.
• Scoop with a warm scoop. Dip your scoop in warm water and wipe it dry between scoops.
• Serve and finish. Enjoy it as-is, or lean into it – a drizzle of condensed milk nods to its Filipino roots, or pair it with something warm for a brownie-à-la-mode moment. Serve promptly so it doesn’t over-soften.
• Re-freeze quickly. Return the pint to the freezer right after serving to protect the texture. Avoid letting it melt and re-freeze repeatedly, which causes ice crystals and a grainy bite.
