The coulotte, also known as the Picanha in South America where it is absolutely revered, is another favorite amongst chefs and discerning food lovers. A notoriously well-marbled piece of top sirloin this cut is destined for the grill and is extremely versatile with enough inherent flavor to stand on its own but pairs well with almost sauce, rub, or marinade. Tasting Notes: Blends sweet notes of caramel and honey with herbaceousness and classic beef flavors.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
- Please cook within 3 days of thawing
- May be frozen for up to 6 months
