The cowboy ribeye is essentially a tomahawk ribeye with a shortened bone, offering the same incredible richness, intense marbling, and deeply caramelized flavors. Like the tomahawk this is a great bone-in cut for the grill or reverse sear technique but with a shorter bone it can be finished in a cast iron skillet if you’re looking for a slightly more indulgent crusted flavor. Tasting Notes: Intense roasted aromas with rich caramelised tasting notes. Slightly sweet with buttery flavors and a clean finish. Exquisitely tender and very flavorsome with a rich mouthfeel and clean finish.

- Westholme Wagyu ships Monday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Steaks ship frozen with dry ice
- Do NOT remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival freeze or thaw in refrigerator overnight as needed
- Please cook within 3 days of thawing
- May be frozen for up to 6 months
